Someone made the scroll a little bit sh!t.

I'm Cadia, and my job is to make it worth watching again. Real people, real places, shot like film, for brands with a story worth telling. Strategy, filming, edit, grade, sound and posting, by one person, shot and cut the same week.

I film what actually happens in your business, and tell it like a story people want to watch.

Roll film

Why this exists

Cinematic social for brands worth taking seriously.

Imagine the internet happening in a real room. Tap each one.

The good bit already exists in your business. The partner who can explain a contract so a client stops being scared of it. The room on the night it fills. The reason you started, which you only say out loud after the second coffee. That's the content. It needs a camera, and the taste to know which moment matters.

So I shoot business like film. The way Marvel makes an ordinary street feel like it matters. Not so it looks expensive. So a stranger stops, feels understood, and remembers you.

And I do it in public, with rules. No bought followers, no staged proof, no numbers without a source.

The rules

01

Human first

A real person, in the real room, saying something they believe. Nothing invented, ever.

02

Cinema, not content

Structure borrowed from film, because film was built to make people feel something.

03

Proof, not polish

Real results with a source, shown as they come. If it's working you'll see it. If it isn't, so will I.

Cadia with her dogs

About me

Making people feel seen is the whole job.

I'm Cadia. Cadia Catalyst is me: one person, one camera, a lot of opinions about why most marketing is boring, and two dogs who have never once hit their mark.

Where I trained. MetFilm School in London, a BA in Content, Media and Film Production. I trained as a director. I was assistant producer on The Chain, a documentary shot in West Nepal, where I also ran sound and gimbal on the interviews. I've directed a music video at Garden Studios and a short film I co-produced.

Since then, I've run the brand and social for a children's holiday camp, production-managed a weekly business podcast, and pulled shots as a barista and on a coffee truck. Partly to learn the trade. Mostly because nobody tells you what's missing from social media quite like someone waiting for their flat white.

Now. Since January 2026 I've run Cadia Catalyst. Strategy, filming, edit, grade, sound, captions and posting for brands with a real story, then a straight report on what it did.

Captain and Marvel, the dogs, are non-negotiable members of the studio. They contribute love, cuddles, and the occasional stress when the bin smells like dinner.

The best brands are the ones you'd build even if nobody paid you.

How it starts

Apply for your teardown.

Sixty seconds on your actual account. Free, and yours to keep. Anyone can apply. I film three a week, and I pick the brands with the best stories.

1

You apply. I film it.

A minute of video about your feed specifically. One strength, one leak, one fix. No template, no deck, nothing to book.

2

If it lands, we talk for 30 minutes.

Let's grab a coffee. I ask what your budget is before I quote anything, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm the wrong spend.

3

If it clicks, we start.

Three months minimum so there's time to see it work, then rolling.
